2. Physical damaged or tempered products will not be accepted for warrantly claims.

3. Once sold no return or exchange is accepted.

4. Customer will be intimated for sending back the product under reference number shared via mail.

5. The product will be send back to the original manufacturing center and defect analysis report of the manufacturer will be final and binding .

6. The warranty replacement process is time taking customer are requested for bearing

     with us for such time.

7. Customer needs to send defective product under given reference number.

8. Courier/trspoaction/insurance charges to be borne by the customer.
