At IndustryPapa, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a straightforward return and refund process. All billing and refund transactions are processed by Voxintech, our official billing entity. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Your return request must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a refund:
- Product received in damaged or defective condition
- Incorrect product delivered — different model or brand from your order
- Product is unused and in original packaging with all accessories intact
- Return request raised within 7 days of delivery
- All original documentation and accessories included
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for refund:
- Products that have been installed, used, or tampered with
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or electrical faults
- Products with broken seals or missing original packaging
- Customized or specially ordered products
- Returns raised after 7 days of delivery
- Products without original packaging or documentation
3. Step-by-Step Return Process
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return:
Email industrypapa@gmail.com with your Order ID, product name, reason for return, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Our team reviews your request and responds within 2 business days with approval or rejection. We may request additional information if needed.
Upon approval, you receive a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and the secure return shipping address. Use this RAN for all correspondence.
Pack the product securely in its original packaging. Include the RAN on the package. Ship to the address provided.
Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

- Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days after processing
5. Exchange Policy
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we offer a free replacement instead of a return refund.
How to Request an Exchange
- Email support@industrypapa.com with your Order ID and details of the issue
- Include clear photographs of the defective product and packaging
- We will respond within 2 business days with approval and instructions
- Ship the defective item back using the provided return address
- Upon receipt and inspection, we ship the replacement at no cost
Exchange Conditions
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- The replacement product is shipped at no additional charge
- You must initiate the exchange within 7 days of delivery
- Original product must be in returnable condition (unopened/unused)
6. Return Shipping Guidelines
Packing Instructions
- Use the original product packaging whenever possible
- Include all accessories, documentation, and original manuals
- Wrap fragile items with bubble wrap or foam padding
- Use a sturdy outer box to prevent damage during transit
- Include the Return Authorisation Number (RAN) on the package
Shipping Options
- Use a courier service with tracking capabilities
- Insured shipping is recommended for high-value items
- Keep the tracking number until the refund is processed
- We are not responsible for items lost during return shipment
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Product Damaged on Arrival
- Document the damage with clear photographs of the package and product

- Include your Order ID and delivery address
- Our team will review and approve a replacement or refund
Lost or Missing Shipment
- Contact us after the estimated delivery date has passed
- Provide your Order ID and tracking details
- We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund
- Investigation typically takes 7-10 business days
