At IndustryPapa, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a straightforward return and refund process. All billing and refund transactions are processed by Voxintech, our official billing entity. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Your return request must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a refund:

  • Product received in damaged or defective condition
  • Incorrect product delivered — different model or brand from your order
  • Product is unused and in original packaging with all accessories intact
  • Return request raised within 7 days of delivery
  • All original documentation and accessories included
Important: The 7-day return window starts from the date of delivery, not the date of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for refund:

  • Products that have been installed, used, or tampered with
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or electrical faults
  • Products with broken seals or missing original packaging
  • Customized or specially ordered products
  • Returns raised after 7 days of delivery
  • Products without original packaging or documentation
Note: We may reject return requests that do not meet our eligibility criteria. Returned packages that don't meet requirements will be sent back to you.

3. Step-by-Step Return Process

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return:

Submit Your Request

Email industrypapa@gmail.com with your Order ID, product name, reason for return, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

We Review & Respond

Our team reviews your request and responds within 2 business days with approval or rejection. We may request additional information if needed.

Receive RAN & Address

Upon approval, you receive a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and the secure return shipping address. Use this RAN for all correspondence.

Ship the Product

Pack the product securely in its original packaging. Include the RAN on the package. Ship to the address provided.

 Inspection & Refund

Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Tip: Keep your Return Authorisation Number (RAN) safe. You'll need it to track your return shipment.

Important Refund Information

  • All refund invoices are issued by Voxintech, our official billing entity
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • If you paid for express shipping and we approve a return, only standard refund applies
  • Refund status updates will be sent to your registered email address
  • Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days after processing
Refund Timeline: After approval and inspection, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Additional 5-7 days may be required for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

5. Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we offer a free replacement instead of a return refund.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email support@industrypapa.com with your Order ID and details of the issue
  2. Include clear photographs of the defective product and packaging
  3. We will respond within 2 business days with approval and instructions
  4. Ship the defective item back using the provided return address
  5. Upon receipt and inspection, we ship the replacement at no cost

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • The replacement product is shipped at no additional charge
  • You must initiate the exchange within 7 days of delivery
  • Original product must be in returnable condition (unopened/unused)
Preference: We recommend choosing an exchange for defective products, as it's faster than waiting for a refund and reordering.

6. Return Shipping Guidelines

Packing Instructions

  • Use the original product packaging whenever possible
  • Include all accessories, documentation, and original manuals
  • Wrap fragile items with bubble wrap or foam padding
  • Use a sturdy outer box to prevent damage during transit
  • Include the Return Authorisation Number (RAN) on the package

Shipping Options

  • Use a courier service with tracking capabilities
  • Insured shipping is recommended for high-value items
  • Keep the tracking number until the refund is processed
  • We are not responsible for items lost during return shipment
Caution: We recommend using insured shipping for valuable products. Costs for insured return shipping are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Product Damaged on Arrival

  1. Document the damage with clear photographs of the package and product
  2. Email photos and details to industrypapa@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Include your Order ID and delivery address
  4. Our team will review and approve a replacement or refund

Lost or Missing Shipment

  1. Contact us after the estimated delivery date has passed
  2. Provide your Order ID and tracking details
  3. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund
  4. Investigation typically takes 7-10 business days
Important: Claims for damage must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.

8. Special Cases & Exceptions

Bulk Orders

  • For orders exceeding 10 units, custom refund terms may apply

Corporate Accounts

  • Registered corporate buyers may have extended return windows
  • Custom terms can be negotiated based on order volume

Defective Products

  • If a product fails within 30 days due to manufacturing defect, we replace it free
  • No return shipping charges for manufacturer defects
  • Extended warranty details are product-specific — check your product documentation
Manufacturer Warranty: Product warranties vary by brand. Refer to the original manufacturer's warranty card included with your product for extended coverage.
