Monitoring Relay

Monitoring relays watch a supply or a load and trip before damage is done - phase failure and phase sequence, under and over voltage, current, and thermistor motor protection. They are the cheapest insurance in a panel and the first thing to check when a motor keeps failing.

Specify by what you are protecting against, the supply you are monitoring, the contact rating the downstream circuit needs, and whether you want fixed or adjustable trip thresholds with an on-delay to ride through brief dips.
