Safety Interlock Switch

Safety interlock switches keep a machine guard shut until it is safe to open, and stop the machine if it is opened anyway. We supply solenoid guard locking switches, RFID coded non-contact switches and mechanical position switches for Indian machine builders and plants.

The main decisions are the locking principle - power-to-lock or spring lock, which behave differently when power is lost - the holding force the guard needs, the contact configuration your safety relay expects, and the coding level required by EN ISO 14119 and IS 16812 for your risk assessment.
