Product Overview
The Datalogic TLµ-111 is a midi contrast sensor for reading registration marks on film, labels, cartons and printed webs. It compares the reflected light from the mark and the background and switches at very high speed, so a packaging machine can cut, seal or print exactly on the mark.
It works at 9 mm from the target with a small vertical spot, and is taught with the MARK and BKGD buttons or remotely by wire. The rugged zinc-alloy (ZAMA) housing is IP67, and the model has a 3 m shielded cable. The output type is selected inside the sensor.
