Description: VXT-JB-M12-10D-05M M12 passive sensor distribution box, 10-port. 10 x M12x1 female sockets, A-coded, 5-pin, nickel-plated brass threads. Dual channel = 2 independent signals per port (20 signals total) on one 5 m moulded homerun cable (23-core). Each port also accepts a single-signal 3-wire sensor on one channel, so this box replaces both single-channel and dual-channel distribution boxes of the same port count. Output: PNP (sourcing), 24 V DC nominal (10-30 V DC), approx. 2 A per channel / 4 A per port / 8 A per box. Fully epoxy-resin potted body with gold-plated contacts - no screw terminals to loosen under vibration. 1 green power LED + 1 yellow signal LED per channel for at-machine diagnostics. IP67 sealed with all ports mated or capped; high-heat and high-vibration rated. Pinout 1:+24V, 2:signal B, 3:0V, 4:signal A, 5:PE - accepts any brand of M12 cordset (4-pin plugs mate too). HSN 8536 90 90. Applications: long conveyors, rotary fillers, multi-station SPMs, high-density pneumatic stations (replaces two 6-port boxes).
