Datalogic Matrix 320 — Product Overview
The Datalogic Matrix 320 is a stationary industrial scanner — a fixed mount, image based reader designed to sit over a conveyor, an indexing station or a robot cell and read codes without an operator. It is the model most often specified when a single reader has to cover a wide field, a long working range, or a mix of label and direct part marked codes on the same line.
The Matrix 320 is offered in 2 MP and 5 MP configurations. The 2 MP versions use a 1920 × 1080 sensor at up to 60 frames per second and are supplied with either 14 or 36 integrated LEDs; the 36 LED version extends the working range and adds C-mount optics from 4 mm to 35 mm alongside the 6, 9 and 16 mm liquid lens options. The 5 MP configuration steps the sensor up to 2560 × 1936 pixels with C-mount lenses from 8 mm to 50 mm, adding IR and UV to the red, blue and white illumination options for the most demanding marking and substrate combinations.
Across the range you get laser cross projection aiming, configurable 360° multicolour visual feedback, Green Spot good read confirmation, code quality grading, anti sulphur protection, a 90° rotating connector block, anti YAG laser protection, IP65 / IP67 sealing and Datalogic ID NET reader networking.
